Beware of outrageous pet fees and Priceline deals

I had an okay stay at the hotel, despite one of two elevators being out of commission and because of the crowded lobby, using the stairs to a 4th-floor room. I booked through Priceline on an Express Deal, which was the same price available on other sites. The hotel said it is pet-friendly. BEWARE! The pet fee is the same as one-night stay, so when I signed the paperwork, I thought the fee noted was for the one-night stay. I did not realize it was an added fee for the pet. In Las Vegas, you can find hotels that are pet-friendly and charge no pet fee. Go to those hotels, as I have done before. Do not go here if you have a pet. Do not use Priceline, especially their Express Deals.

We had the opportunity to stay at the Doubletree Las Vegas airport recently. Over the years we have come to expect a solid, clean, relatively nice hotel. We were sorely disappointed with this one. We checked in after long day and went to our room and turned on the TV. It proceeded to change channels by itself, adjust its own volume and turn off by itself. I plugged in my phone only to discover later that the plug was non-functioning, so I was left with a dead phone the next day. The room was warm when we got there so I adjusted the. Air conditioner down, and it never turned on to cooler room. We were only in the room for a few hours but we’re sorely disappointed with so many broken things. I went and talked with hotel staff on the way out, and they assured me that they would do something to make it better and be in contact, they have ghosted me very low class find a different hotel

Bloody sheets. The hotel never changed the sheets from the previous guest. When I called the front desk from my room explaining the sheets were never changed before my arrival, the person who answered did not care. Did not bring new sheets, did not have housekeeping bring clean sheets. I walked downstairs to get sheets myself. No apology, nothing. To pay $179.00 a night, to receive the worst "Cleanliness" I have ever witnessed in a hotel. It's okay not to have enough towels, coffee cups, but dirty sheets?

The room was dated but very clean. I had an overnight business trip and the location was very convenient from the airport. Not much is close by, but the hotel had a bar and a restaurant. Good place for a quick trip! Also, the room was very quiet and I got a good night sleep!

We enjoy the hotel and the great service. The breakfast was a nice treat and definitely the service. The location is also convenient. The manager in the morning was nice an friendly. The shuttle not only give ride to the airport but to the car rentals as well.
